About

Norwegian roots.
Global build.

Andreas Atlas Holmen Reed

Serial entrepreneur, technical founder, and relentlessly creative. I'm 47, born just outside Oslo and raised in Tønsberg. I live and breathe building companies — it's my passion and my ultimate drive. Twenty-seven years in, I still put in 10–12 hours a day, weekends included.

These days I write the code with AI: I'm the creative force and the orchestrator, with AI as my engineering team.

Tønsberg is Norway's oldest town — founded by Vikings around 871, and a launch point for voyages that reached far beyond the North Sea. The Oseberg ship was unearthed a few kilometres from where I grew up. That explorer's instinct — build something, then send it out into the world — never left.

Self-taught, no CS degree, no MBA. I started young: cleaning my father's warehouse at fourteen, factory work in my late teens, then military hose-diver training in the Norwegian Armed Forces, with a Class 1 commercial diving certification from Statens Dykkerskole in Bergen. The rest has been figuring out what to build next — and lately, how to build it lean — with a tiny team and AI.

The arc, briefly

2000–2019 — UniWeb · FastName · Digital Garden. Founded UniWeb at 21. Merged it with FastName. Sold Digital Garden AS — operating both brands with approximately 40,000 active customers across roughly 100,000 domain names — to One.com, by then owned by private-equity firm Cinven, in September 2019.

“There is a natural fit and strong affinity between both businesses, and we look forward to working together to continue One.com’s growth trajectory, increasing our offering and broadening our platform both in Norway and across the Nordic countries.”
Stephan Wolfram · Group CEO, One.com — on acquiring Digital Garden, September 2019

2019 → — Real estate. Built and operated a commercial property portfolio in Tønsberg with the proceeds. Owner, operator, landlord, and frustrated invoice-reader for half a decade.

2024 — The current chapter.I discovered NOK 1.1M leaking through my own real estate operations — invoices unchecked, compliance gaps, contract drift. That's when I started building. The tool came out of the problem. CEO and technical founder. I've been building it by orchestrating AI rather than writing each line. The decisions are mine.

Throughout — Holmen Gruppen, Wakandi, TrustCom. A holding company anchoring everything, plus operating positions in payments infrastructure for East Africa, investments, and electronic whistleblower channels for the Norwegian public sector.

How I work — orchestrated, not outsourced

I write code with AI. Not by typing every line — by orchestrating it.

I jumped into AI the moment it landed in consumer hands — ChatGPT, Midjourney, and every tool that followed. I've been running on these since day one. But the real lightbulb came with Claude Code. That was the moment it clicked: a single human directing the right AI is now a complete engineering organization.

Today I'm product manager, designer, front-end, back-end, database architect, DevOps, and QA — at the same time, on one laptop. Picture the UniWeb floor in its prime: twenty-plus people across design, dev, support, sales. I can now ship most of what that room produced, with a tiny team, faster.

I've been building something in AI-leveraged real estate, by orchestrating AI rather than writing every line. The decisions throughout are mine.

The leverage curve broke in 2024. I'm one of the first founders running it at full throttle.

Beyond the build: I do my own accounting, run my own infrastructure, negotiate my own deals, and read my own contracts. I delegate when it makes sense; I don't outsource judgment.

Independently funded. I build this in my own time, with my own money. No outside investment, no salary, no commercial entity. Skin in the game, no half-measures.

Where I am now

Tax-emigrating from Norway at the end of 2026, with Cyprus as the next home base from 2027 — TopCo, residency, and home. The name change to Atlas Reed marks that shift.

Outside work

PADI Divemaster since 2001. Long-time real-estate operator in Tønsberg. Two decades of board positions across Norwegian private companies. Quietly long on Bitcoin since the early cycles. Proud father of three beautiful kids.
